Our restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner (closed on Saturday lunch). Come and discover the culinary and bewildering work of Carl Gillain, our Top Chef.

Lunch is served from 12:00 pm to 02:00 pm. Dinner is served from 7:00 pm to 09:00 pm. We strongly advise you to contact the reception to book a table.

For more than two years Carl Gillan filed its knives in this beautiful hotel in Namur and success his there. He has imposed his particular culinary style mixing techniques, flavors and agreements to offer guests an exceptional moment far from meatballs in tomato sauce found in most hotels and some Namur institutions. Everything starts with a burnt oinion coffee before diving on an egg cooked at 63C ° with a flowing yellow offers a beautiful harmony with the foie gras grated. To follow, a flounder with shrimp and brown butter followed by a black angus, chanterelles and black rice perfectly cooked. Surprise, pleasant, just the association between cauliflower, milk jam and coconut to close. All proves that the young chef knives still have a lot more to give ...  ... The second cap is well deserved this year.
